Custodes Network operates three distinct types of peer-to-peer exchange operations, each designed with maximum security and verification protocols. All transactions utilize our proprietary Token Verification System, which employs physical banknote serial numbers as proof of authorization for cash collection.
Physical currency transfer between two locations
Our agent collects the cash at your specified origin location. You select the exact pickup point within your chosen city when placing the order.
Once the funds are secured and verified, your order status updates to "Exchanging". At this critical stage, you must photograph and submit the serial number of a specific banknote that you will present at the destination.
Token System: This banknote serial number becomes your unique token. You must physically present this exact banknote when collecting your funds at the destination.
At the destination location you specified, you present the physical banknote matching the serial number you photographed. Upon verification of the token, you receive your exchanged cash amount in the destination currency.
Convert cryptocurrency to physical cash at a location of your choice
After placing your order, you transfer the specified cryptocurrency amount to the provided wallet address. Crucially, you must include your order number in the transaction memo/note field to ensure proper matching with your order.
Our technical department conducts a thorough blockchain verification to confirm the transaction, check confirmations, and validate the order number reference. This process typically takes 15-30 minutes depending on network congestion.
Once verified and your order status changes to "Sending", you must photograph and submit a banknote serial number. This token authorizes you to collect the physical cash.
You will receive the specific collection address in your chosen location via your provided contact methods. Present the physical banknote with the matching serial number (your token) to receive your cash amount in the local currency equivalent.
Privacy & Security: Collection addresses are only shared after full verification, ensuring maximum operational security for both parties.
Convert physical cash to cryptocurrency sent to your wallet
After order placement, you'll receive confirmation of the pickup arrangement. Our agent will collect the cash at the location you specified within your chosen city at the agreed time.
Once our agent collects and secures your cash, performing all necessary verification checks for authenticity and accuracy, your order status updates to "Exchanging".
We will contact you through your provided social media channels (Instagram, Telegram, Signal, or Threema) to request your cryptocurrency wallet address. You must provide a valid receiving address for the specific cryptocurrency type in your order.
Important: Double-check your wallet address before submitting. Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible. We recommend sending a test transaction first if available.
Upon receiving your wallet address, we initiate the cryptocurrency transfer to your wallet. You'll receive the transaction hash for tracking, and the order status updates to "Completed" once the transaction achieves sufficient blockchain confirmations.
